Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Residences at the development comprise one- to three-bedders, along with small office, home office (or Soho) apartments. Costs begin with A$ 1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and rise to A$ 1.96 million for a three-bedroom house; a Soho unit is priced at A$ 1.74 million.

Apartments at three new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– will be launched for sale to Singapore buyers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo lies in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.

Cavallo is a residence tower around Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city residential area merely southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development provides one- to two-bedroom apartments measuring from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

At the same time, The Kensington is positioned along Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use property development– a project by Australian property company TOGA Group– has 142 deluxe flats sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.

The property development is about a six-minute stretch away from the St Leonards train stop, providing residents public transport connectivity to the CBD. Other close-by amenities include Shopping center 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Healthcare facility and schools. Park Avenue Residences is anticipated to be completed this year.

The three growths present Singapore customers a breadth of residential selections, noted Adrian Lim, senior administrator and director of international residential sales at Savills Singapore. “Home buyers can take into consideration not only the individual home, but also the type of area and way of life that best suits their demands.”

Park Avenue Residences lies in St Leonards, a suburban area in Sydney’s North Shore area. The plan by Sydney developer JQZ features one- to three-bedroom houses, valued at A$ 980,000, A$ 1.53 million and A$ 2.06 million, respectively.

The Kensington is two minutes away walking from Kensington Stop, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Public transportation connection. The property is also near significant wellness and universities, including the University of New South Wales.

Cavallo is close to sites consisting of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also delivers beneficial accessibility to tertiary education and learning facilities including the College of Melbourne’s Southbank campus, La Trobe University and Victoria University.

Costs begin with A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Established by Melbourne-based real estate builder LAS Group, the project is slated for completion in 4Q2028.
